We are also promoting the use of DX, working closely with the manufacturer to support our customers’ production sites.
Our technical staff acquire advanced mechanical knowledge and skills through technical training at KHS and close communication with KHS technical staff. They also provide maintenance services, including the inspection and replacement of consumable parts, to support the stable operation of production lines.
By combining after-sales services provided by our technical staff with digital content such as our DX service MTSCONNECT, we help customers achieve production lines that keep running with minimal downtime.
